The Gurgles are a civilization of one-eyed creatures living beneath Cyclopean Canyon, sustained by the geranium crystals that grow in the mine above. The townsfolk named them "Gurgles" because their spoken language sounded like gurgling. They took it as a compliment. Small in size but enormous in spirit, the Gurgles have survived locust wars, the collapse of their ancient capital, and the slow fade of a history most of their elders can no longer fully recall. The kid gurgles are water pistol marksmen who have been training for battle their whole lives. They can hit a fly between the eyes from five to fifty feet.
